Yemeksepeti Application Review in Terms of SUS and CSUQ
As a result of the survey conducted on 120 individuals, SUS – CSUQ usability surveys were applied on Yemeksepeti.com’s website and application, and a computer literacy test was also conducted to find a relationship between the users’ level of satisfaction with the application and their computer and technology knowledge. The results were sent to the “Delivery Hero” company.
